COMPÉTITION VR INTERNATIONALE / INTERNATIONAL VR COMPETITION
En 2018, le Masque d’or revient dans une nouvelle formule. Deux Grands Prix vont cette année récompenser la meilleure expérience VR Theater et la meilleure expérience VR interactive.
La remise des prix aura lieu vendredi 6 avril, en clôture des journées professionnelles.

This year, the Masque d’Or awards are back with a new format. Two Grands Prix will reward the best VR Theater experience and the best interactive VR experience.
The awards ceremony will take place on Friday 6 April, at the end of the industry-only days.

"SOYEZ SYMPAS, AUGMENTEZ" CHALLENGE MR NEWIMAGES/MINSIGHT 24H 
"INVENT AND AUGMENT" NEWIMAGES/MINSIGHT 24H MR CHALLENGE
Le Forum des images, en partenariat avec Minsight, qui développe le premier logiciel sur HoloLens, organise samedi 31 mars un Challenge MR 24H expérimental. En mêlant technologie de pointe et pastiche culte, les participants aborderont une créativité expérimentale décomplexée avec pour but de « recréer », en réalité mixte, une scène ou une atmosphère emblématique issue de la sélection des films programmés en salle pendant le festival. Une restitution des résultats de ce challenge créatif aura lieu pendant le festival.
Un événement organisé par le Forum des images et Minsight.

The Forum des images will be holding a 24 H experimental MR challenge on Saturday 31 March, in partnership with Minsight, which is developing the first ever software on HoloLens. Combining cutting-edge technology and classic parody, participants will engage in a fun, creative exercise where they will “recreate”, in mixed reality, an iconic scene or atmosphere from the selection of movies to be screened during the festival. The results of this creative challenge will be shown during the festival.
This event is being organized by Forum des images and Minsight.

     Thomas Pesquet fulfills his childhood dream of becoming an astronaut. Along with American Peggy Whitson, they undergo intensive training, from Houston to Moscou.      Vaysha was born with one green eye and the other brown. Her odd-eyes are not the only characteristic of her look. She sees only the past of the left eye and the future of the right eye.
